BUBI RDC CLIENT CHARTER
- Visitors shall be welcomed and served within 5 minutes of arrival
- All our visitors shall be offered seats as they wait for service
- Incoming calls shall not ring more than 3times before there are attended to.
- The language used both on telephone callers and the generality of our elients should be always polite
- Breaktimes eg. Tea break (10:00- 10:30), lunch time (13:00 -14:00) and 16:45hrs dismissal time shall be observed by staff members
- General reports from the community and complaints seeking help from Council shall be responded to, at most in 48hours
- .Emergency reports shall be responded to immediately within 24 hours e.g outbreaks of veld fires, problem animals
- If invited in time, council shall attend community meetings
- All mail, materials and equipment left in the custody of Council officially shall be looked after
- Council truck and tractors are available for hire to our customers throughou the week
- Council will respond to clients within 24hours through Whatsapp and facebook platforms
- Council shall facilitate for the availability of land and stands for residential anc building purposes
- Improvement of road infrastructure
- Provision of water (drilling and equipping of boreholes
- Development Control
- Plan Approval proccess- 5 Working days
- inspections( Residential) done twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday
- Peg Verification /re- identification - 1 day
- Institustional inspections ( clinic and schools) attending to faults - 5 days ( Subjects to availability)
